According to a recent CEIR report, the cost of a face-to-face meeting with a prospect at a tradeshow is less than 10% of the cost of identifying and meeting with a prospect in the field. They also require less sales calls to close a sale. The overall savings per prospect are significant. So justifying the value of exhibiting at a tradeshow is easy.
It's funny to think that some of our customers are still not aware that we offer trade show exhibits for sale and rental. We've been doing so since 2009. I guess when you've been as successful as we have at trade show shipping for nearly 30 years that people see us as just an exhibit logistics company. So, it's our job to make sure that EVERYONE is aware that we offer a full array of trade show services AND products!
It used to be that when you walked the floor you would occasionally see LCD/LED monitors as an accent to the many static graphics used for messaging within a booth property. Well, like any technology, things change quickly and I think it’s safe to say that in today’s tradeshow environment it has become almost the opposite. LCD/LED High Def technology for imaging is taking over the tradeshow footprint by storm. Now I am not saying that static graphics should be kicked to the curb, at least not yet. However, it would appear that in today’s tradeshow environment when one wants to visually communicate a message, static printed graphics are becoming less and less the predominant means of delivery.

"Why would I want to rent my next trade show booth?"
I often get this question when talking to clients who are preparing for their next event. While many will agree, just like that ‘new car’ smell you get when you first drive off the lot, there is also that same ‘freshness’ when taking your exhibit out for it’s first spin on the trade show floor. However, there are many good reasons to consider booth rental as opposed to owning a booth.
